2018 Gucci Cruise Fashion Show

May 30, 2017

It was a celebration of luxury at the 2018 Gucci cruise show! Thee city of Florence was bursting with color, creativity, and everlasting awe. The show was created to display "the heart and soul of Gucci origins".

The guest list included Gucci fans and A- list celebs like: Dakota Johnson, Courtney Love, Susan Sarandon, Jared Leto, Risa Nakamura, and more.

Leto wore a Gucci FW 17 shirt, velvet robe, jersey pants, and metallic high-top Gucci Ace sneakers.

Laura Love wore a jacket with jeweled bows with a matching skirt and sandals from Gucci  and a brocade mini Gucci Sylvie bag.

Risa Nakamura wore a chain printed silk dress with technical jersey leggings from Gucci, a velvet Gucci Dionysus mini bag, and studded high heels.

The guests even received gifts for their attendance. Everyone got a personalized Gucci hat with their name embroidered on the side as well as time and location stamps of the three previous cruise collections.

Take a look at some of the iconic looks from the show.

The brilliant mind behind the exquisite couture conjured up the "step back in time" Renaissance themed show to connect to the roots of the Gucci line. "I am always connected with the Renaissance a lot, that's why I am connected with Pitti Palace. The very beginning of European aesthetics started fromm Florence. Everything here was beauty, money, and creativity",stated Alessandro Michelle. See more at: https://www.gucci.com
